Shipping Terms
Delivery Coverage
We ship to various countries worldwide. Delivery availability depends on import regulations in the destination country and the type of industrial product ordered.
Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
For special or custom-made products, production time may take additional time.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted international logistics providers such as:
DHL
FedEx
UPS
Freight Forwarders (for heavy equipment shipments)
Shipping methods will be adjusted based on the size, weight, and urgency of the order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Asia: 3–10 business days
Europe & America: 5–15 business days
Other regions: 7–20 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and global logistics conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination location.
For heavy equipment or large-volume shipments, costs will be confirmed separately.
Price quotes may include Incoterms such as:
~ EXW (Ex Works)
~ FOB (Free On Board)
~ CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)
~ DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Taxes & Import Duties
All taxes, import duties, and additional fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated (e.g., in DDP arrangements).
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped, allowing customers to monitor the delivery status in real time.
Packaging
Products will be packaged according to international standards for industrial equipment, including:
~ Wooden crates/pallets (for heavy equipment)
~ Shockproof & waterproof protection
Damage & Loss
If an item arrives damaged, customers must report it within 3 days of receipt.
Claims must be accompanied by photo/video evidence.
For insured shipments, claims will be processed according to the insurance company’s terms and conditions.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to countries or territories subject to international sanctions or certain export restrictions.
