Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following international payment methods:
Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer / TT)
Online Payment Gateways (PayPal or equivalent)

Currency
All transactions are conducted in USD (United States Dollar) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing
Prices listed on the website are exclusive of shipping costs, taxes, duties, and import fees.
Final pricing will be confirmed in the official quotation or invoice.

Payment Terms
Standard Orders: 100% payment in advance before shipment.
Bulk / Custom Orders:
~ 30% deposit upon order confirmation
~ 70% balance before shipment
Special terms may be negotiated for long-term or repeat customers.

Order Processing
Orders will only be processed after payment has been received and confirmed.
Production and delivery timelines will start after payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated separately and added to the invoice.
Delivery terms follow Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) as agreed.

Late or Failed Payments
Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
Any bank charges or transaction fees must be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once shipping started.
Refund requests (if applicable) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT, and import duties in their country.
